“Since I was 15, I’ve struggled with high blood pressure—a condition that runs in my family. My mom, grandma, and sister all have it, so I felt like it was just something I was bound to deal with. A few years ago, my blood pressure became so concerning that I was put on medication, and doctors would often look at me with worry because of how high it was—even at such a young age.
Although I’ve always been fairly athletic, I still carried excess weight and couldn’t get my blood pressure under control. But after just five months with CallieFIT, my life has changed. I’ve gone from 150 lbs to 135 lbs, and even more exciting—my doctor was so impressed with my progress that she told me I could stop taking my medication. My blood pressure has improved that much!
